This would not have been the first look. CBS Records would have told radio stations and record stores way before this. My previous post shows a press release that went to record stores where they could order promotional items for in-store promotions. The album was released February 22, 1983.
Excellent. Do you know if this would have been the first look at the album artwork, or had it been revealed already?
